I do aquanatal classes, dont know if it works for everyone but it did for me :) and im carrying quite heavy and im rather small so they told me im bound to get quite a fair amount of back aches and pains. Hope this helps hun :)
I too have the back pain issue, but it has subsided in past few weeks. I m 29+ weeks. I have been doing some yoga exercises which I think r certainly helping.
I bought prego Spanx :)! When I don't use it I can tell a big difference.
I was Just having the same problems .. But now im laying on a heating pad
