bad cramp on right side.

Hi everyone..so I am almost 10 weeks pregnant..last night I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst pain ever..it was on my right side..it felt like a very bad cramp..i checked to see if there was any blood but there was none thank goodness..I got up and walked around that seemed to help..has anyone else experienced this? I don't have the pain anymore I'm just really sore from it..any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Okay thanks everyone..I haven't had a problem going to the bathroom. I try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I drink mostly water and Gatorade.Gatorade usually in the morning. Which helps with my morning sickness.
