bad heart burns

Iam 22 weeks pregnant I  have really bad heart burn n pluse I have really bad acid reflux Its been keep me up at nite can't sleep all   i been drink is water to help with it. it seem its not working  wht can I do?

I take Zantac and drink milk with it. And I'm 30 weeks pregnant

In the same n believe it or not i drink hot chocolate to help me and it works makes my heartburn go and easier for me to sleep. Its a weird one but it works

Try milk not water and tums are very safe to take not to mention a lifevsaver!!

Talk to your doctor you can get prescribed something that's safe to take while pregnant. I too have bad acid reflux with a burning in my throat so bad that used to keep me up. I mentioned it to my doctor and he prescribed me 150 mg Zantac and I no longer have a problem.

Get your doctor to check your blood pressure frequently . I had serious burning in my stomach for my second baby and it turned out to be severe pre eclampsia !
