bed rest possible?

Is it possible for me to go to the emergency for pelvic pain, and get put on bed rest? I can't even walk or be sitting for a long period of time, my work environment is one hour away from home and I'm sitting in an office all day 8am-5pm. I can't stop the excruciating pain, it's horrible :'(

Stretching ligaments happens to everyone. They may be hurting you more because baby is starting to put on weight and increase size. It happens to all of us, it's just more painful for some. Mine hurts too but not as bad as you describe. Sorry to say, it's no indicator of what kind of labor or delivery you will have. Just do your best to make yourself comfortable.

I'm 30 weeks and 3 days. So I'm dehydrated? I need more water? Since my ligaments are stretching now... Does that mean most likely I will have a natural birth? I'm not due until the endings of March?

I have the same pain, in which it hurts in every position (sitting or standing). Every pregnancy has done the same thing to me and each time my doctors tell me I'm dehydrated and it's just round ligament pains from the ligaments around your uterus stretching.  Drink lots of water and maybe keep a heating pad at your desk to apply heat to your stomach.  Good luck hun.
