Im so tired allll the time.  I can get a perfect amount of sleep but still be so drained. At work im standing up for 8-10 hrs a day and im literally fighting to stay awake. Im only 3 months and 2 days.. Is this normal? And what do yu do to gain enerygy ?

Also make sure your doctor checks your iron levels. In my second pregnancy I couldn't keep my eyes open and it turned out to be low iron.

Yes being tired is totally normal...when I know how you feel, I work 12 hour shifts and I'm on my feet the whole time too, I  was really tired in the first trimester before I even knew I was pregnant my boyfriend said he knew because of how tired I was all the time. I got some energy back in the 2nd but was still tired on some days. And now I'm in the 3rd and I'm back to being tired.

I drink one coffee drink that's half decaf on days that I feel like I won't make it..I'm 17 weeks.

I'm almost 22 weeks and still very tired, and morning sickness has not went away yet. Uhg. For my this is my first pregnancy that has made it passed 9 weeks and I have to say, it's been kind of awful lol.

I know how you feel I thought they said you get your energy back when you hit second trimester but I'll be 21 weeks Thursday and still tired

First trimester of ur pregnancy u will experience being very tried and then in second u will have loads of energy ur body need to adjust all the changes that are happening at the minute
