I didn't know but we called our first son Asher which is from the bible meaning happy and blessed :)
I'm naming my boy Elijah it means my god is YAHWEH
Noah, jeremy,Jeremiah,lucas, Rebekah
I love the idea of biblical names; perhaps also look into the meanings behind the names, as meanings of names were paramount to the childs' life, or to the situations behind the pregnancies & births (such as Leahs' babies, Judahs' mom: Genesis 29:35). Lauryn Hill named her daughter Selah (meaning to reflect; it suits the situation of finding a biblical name). #nerdyBibleHumor ~ Genesys is nice. :)
I think I'm going with Matthew
Malachi and levi were on my name list , but having a girl lol
Leah (pronounced like the star wars character), Bilah, Rebeka, Zilpha, Dinah, Simon, Levi, ...I got all of these names from the book The Red Tent...they're members if Jacob's family.
My boys Noah and Kaleb. Having boy #3 and plan to stick with the Biblical names
Elias is supper cute for boy I think and Genesis for girl :-)
We named our first Hanna. We switched the spelling but it is biblical.
I think that's awesome, giving your child a name to live up to... Im having my third baby, and all of them have bibical names... My boys are Sha'drach and Me'shach, I'm having my first girl, and her name is going to be Queen Esther Hadessa... Genesis, Sarah, or Anna are good names for girls, Zechariah, Samuel, or Matthew are good names for boys
What about Abigail or Abel?
