I've tried many different types before I become pregnant. I got on bc at 13 for period problems and was on yaz, beyaz, depo, implanon, and then back to beyaz till I got pregnant with my husband at 22. I got pregnant the month after I came off the pill. Because I plan on breastfeeding and can't be on BeYaz while breastfeeding I plan on being on depo again, it was that or Mirena. Mirena scares the crap out of me. Because I've been on depo, for about a year and the only side effect I had was weight gain, it was my best choice. I'm starting an intense school program in November and we can NOT afford to get pregnant again while I'm in this program. Best of luck with your choice!
I honestly did not want to take anything either and husband told me not to take any also but after having my son we want to make sure I don't get pregnant we do want another baby but at least not till another 2-3 years but I know some birth control can cause problems getting pregnant and don't want to risk it.
I liked the ortho evra patch
I personally loved taking Seasonal birth control pill. I'd like to go back on the pill because it's easier and quicker to get pregnant again after, where as the shot and iud can take up to 5 years.
People need to be aware of blood clotting issues before going on any type of BC and aware of side effects and report them immediately to avoid strokes and other issues. Also, the issue is with newer brands rather than those that have been around for years. Your doctor will know what's best and if you're able to take them.
Got a merana after my second. Didn't have a period with it for 3 yrs. Ended up having it removed after a friend had serious issues though. This time I'm getting my tubes tied
I'm not planning on taking anyone because of all the side effects and i just saw that a lady suffered a stroke due to the birth control she was taking
