Well I went into the hospital last night, I'm loosing my mucus plug and was having contractions but doctor said it's just the beginning stages and I'll probably be in full on labor by tonight or tomorrow so they sent me home until I am feeling stronger contractions

Im on baby number 4 and my waters have never broke, in fact number 3 was born in her waters and I was dilated to 8cm but she was a 24 weeker, waters breaking only happens to about 11% of woman so dont be hanging around for it to happen as you could still very well be in established labour! The pain is usually a big give away lol :)

Figure 8s and sitting with pelvis open, feet flat and gently rocking. But they got me to do after labour had already started and contractions were 3 in 10mins.

That's the recommended method. Are you in labor now? Or are you thinking this will help start it?

Yes, I had my baby last weekend and the hospital got me to rock on a birthing ball to help ease the pressure on my back and get my contractions closer together. I was skeptical but it worked great :)
