this month is different

Every other month about a week before my period my breasts get real sore... but this month im litterally days before im supposed to start and im showing no signs or symptoms of it. Also ive been feeling cramping and full in the belly... but ive also been constipated. I have pcos and have been on metforman for almost 2 months but im not the best at taking it twice daily. Im trying to get pregnant but idk what to think...
Any help??? Please

Hopefully you're pregnant . If not keep trying , but eating grapes before using the bathroom does miracles for constipation .. good luck : )

I wish there was a way to know for certain.  Unfortunately, there is no way to even guess until that home pregnancy test.  Good luck, and I hope this turns out the way you want it to.
