Am I The Only One???

I've been having a hard time eating and it's been causing me problems like nausea, dizziness,  and feeling light headed.  I've also started loosing weight. :( My doctor told me to eat 6 times a day concentrating on protein rich foods.  I'm trying to do what the doctor wants but it's so hard to eat when I'm not hungry or feel full. I thought I was doing better. Then I wake up at 2 this morning feeling sick again along with the dizziness. I'm just so frustrated at this point. I'm trying so hard to eat right.  All I want to do is cry at this point. :(   please tell me I'm not the only one?? Any suggestions?

Same here but when I start feeling nauseous I force myself to eat something and it normally goes away. It's from not eating that will get you feeling sick. Try eating crackers !

I have a loss of appetite and nausea too... I spent all day yesterday watching cooking shows and it helped get me hungry enough to eat.

It's nice to know I'm not the only person with loss of appetite.  I'm definitely going to try to do that. Probably going to set the clock to make sure I don't forget. I just feel like people think I'm doing it on purpose. :( This is my 1st pregnancy and I'm trying so hard to do everything right.

Hello, you r not the only one. I have always been a big eater! Love to eat! But with this pregnancy the only symptom I have is: lack of appetite. So what I'm doing is I eat every 3 hours, small meals. Even cereal. I have noticed that when I don't eat I feel so sick, but as soon as I eat it goes away.. a little.. try it. Force ur self to eat something every 3 hours.
