boob milk

So like I'm 23 weeks pregnant, and this is my 1st pregnancy. And I believe I'm leaking boob milk at night cause I wake up to spots on my sheets that look like drool stains but I never drool and it's where my boobs are.  And I don't sleep with a shirt . So I think it's boob milk anyways I'm wondering if it's normal to be leaking boob milk so early and so much this soon .... but also its only at night ...

It's not milk yet. It's called colostrum, it's pre milk. But yeah it's normal. This is my second pregnancy and I've been leaking since like 16w, and it's getting worse now that I'm at 30w.
And this really doesn't mean anything, at least I don't know if it does cause I'm not a doctor, but with my first I never leaked during the pregnancy and after baby was born I couldn't produce enough milk to nurse. So, personally, I'm taking it as a good sign. But who knows.
Oh, if it's bad, or gets worse, you could start sleeping in a tank with a shelf bra built in and wear breast pads. Johnson's and Johnson's makes the best disposables.

Mine started at 20 weeks only at night but it progressively changed to any part of the day now 34weeks So it's totally normal
