OK i went the end of April for my first ultrasound and hear from the heart beat. I go back the 27th of this month to hear the heart beat again. How do they do just the heart beat?

My dr said that since I'm not high risk and everything is normal, they only do a first ultrasound and then one at 20 weeks for the whole anatomy inspection. I haven't seen my little guy since January!  It makes me sad but I guess I'll get to see him here soon anyway! This time on the outside!

I have two different insurance companies I have blue cross blue shield has my primary and my second insurance is tencare (bluecross)

I was getting ultrasounds every other week when I was in NY at my gynos office now I moved to NJ haven't got one in over a month one I schedule for the 21st I miss seeing my little miracle baby every time why do some do it all the time and others don't

Its like a little hand thing im not sure how to explain it theyll put lubricant on ur lower tummy and theyll turn the little monitor on and it sounds like waves its amazing! Its a hand tool thing its not that big! :)

It's a little hand held machine called a doppler. That's got a little wand like an ultrasound that's on top of the belly and hear it that way.
