How long is enough breast feeding?

It's whatever you feel happy with I will bf until about 6/8 month
They say though the first three days is the most important as that's when u make colostum

For me, ideally a year, but I would be happy with 6-7 months. Certainly not before they transition to solids. I think two years, while it maybe ideal nutritionally, is unrealistic for many mothers. I applaud any woman who gives breastfeeding a go full stop!

At least 6 months bare minimum. I am going to breast feed for six months than pump and give him that in a bottle from than on. Breast milk is the best for your child's development.

The World Health Organization recommends breastfeeding for at least two years and continuing beyond that for as long as is "mutually agreeable" to both mother and child.
