I am part of a breastfeeding group on Facebook called Dairy Queens and I've seen this question asked before and had mixed responses. Some women said they have had no issues and some said they have a lower supply. I think it is all on a case by case basis depending on the amount of blood flow you have. I definitely don't think it means you can't nurse. Find a lactation consultant to give you some educated advice. And send a request to that Facebook group!
