What can help with breast pain? I'm having really bad breast pain in one of my breast and it is leaking.
Good supportive bra, I personally like sports style bras (no under wire) I have one on at all time expect in shower. When I have sharp pains I tell my hubby is booby rub time n yes him massaging helps (not in a sexual way) in clockwise circles avoiding nipple n areola helps me.
