For me, sex is very painful. So I have to go either really slowly or not have sex at all. Additionally, it is very uncomfortable in missionary as I can't take any weight on my tummy.

yes it is fine unless dr tells. you other wise but you should let him ejactulate inside you it can cause alot of problems
