breasts haven't changed?

Hey ladies, I'm 31 weeks pregnant, and I'm starting to worry about maybe not being able to produce milk. My breasts haven't gotten any bigger at all since I've been pregnant, they are a little more veiny and my nipples are a little darker (barely) but those are the only changes I have noticed in them at all. They didn't even hurt in the beginning, and haven't hurt till this day. I also read I should be making colostrum by now, abd a lot of my friends sais their breast began leaking around 30 weeks, but I have experienced nothing. Could these all be signs of not being able to produce milk? Or is this normal? Any advice would be great.

My boobs have not grown and I'm 35 weeks +5 days. Its a cruel joke to me.  When I weighed my heaviest  years ago I had small boobs. When I lost it still small so good news is they didn't sag.

But regardless if you are an A cup or a DD. You will produce. I have noticed leaking and when I say leaking I mean like little wet spot on my bare nipples. Nothing on clothes and it will happen again if I press down on my boob.

Being veiny is a sign that you're making something, so don't worry and remember every pregnancy is dofferent

Not everyone leaks and your boobs may not grow until your milk comes in. It's different for everyone.
