Hey ladies, I'm 21 weeks and out of the blue I feel like I'm out of breath or my heart is racing from time to time. I could be sitting down talking on the phone...Then comes the Feeling of heat all over my body. What have some of you guys done just to kinda calm that feeling down? Is my baby moving upward is that why? Just curious..

Maybe ur sugar I was doing that my face would feel like its on fire them my heart would race and I would lose my sight my mom said I was Turing very pale its my sugar I would mention it with ur doc
