I drink one cup to one and half cups a day. Regular size coffee cup, which is about 11oz. I did however quit energy drinks.
An apple actually has more caffeine then a cup of coffee. If you can eat apples i would suggest eatting apple slices throughout the day. That should give you a bit of a boost.

My midwife is pro coffee....not a ton but enough to keep you away from Tylenol or any other meds. Maybe try more cream in it. Take one cup break it into two. But honestly... before all these do/ donts...there was our grandparents and parents... we are all fine. Not saying smoke crack just saying I think stressing over it is worst. My first pregnancy I never career or worried about anything. I was free if I had a question is ask my grams or mom ...I never googled.... my son is still alive today and 4 years old.

I am 35 weeks and have drank two cups of coffee a day for my entire pregnancy.  Its fine to drink coffee. Fatigue is just part of pregnancy though.you can try some light exercise to wake up a little or just stick with the coffee.
