Omg girl I feel you that's exactly wat I crave I am not a fan of coffee or soda but with this pregnancy I have to drink a coffee everyday and if I don't drink it I start vomitin or i get a bad head ache
I love energy drink too, But ik for sure that's a big no for me.
I dont like coffee, but would a energy drink be cool? I love monster.
Supposedly one shot of Starbucks has 90mg of coffee. I get half decaf or full decaf grande lattes quite a bit now that I'm well into my pregnancy. Didn't drink any caffeine first trimester, just in case. At home I make half decaf also, from time to time. I still feel a little bad about it so I try not to drink them too often. Have heard it causes lower birth weight even at 100mg a day. Little bit probably isn't too bad though.
Im going to start doing that i can't function without my coffee think I'm addicted.
My doctor told me in moderation after the first trimester is fine he told me not any during the first as its bad for the baby
Caffeine is safe in moderation. 200mg or less a day shows no increase in miscarriage or other complications. One cup of coffee supposedly averages at 120 mg/cup. That's a lot of caffeine for a small amount of liquid. I've started brewing my coffee with less grounds (like half what i used to use) so that I can still enjoy several cups without worrying.
After my first trimester is over its ok to drink caffine right?
My doctor told me caffeine can be harmful to the baby in the first trimester I stopped drinking anything with caffeine in it
Lol same here I crave coffee hot cold icy don't matter! And I drink it! Just drink water. But it's good. It won't harm the baby :)
I dislike decaf with a passion i love strong coffee. Its hard to cut down on it
I also have been craving Starbucks. I get half decaf or just decaf. :)
My doctor also said 1-2 cups a day isn't going to harm the baby but dont drink it all day and make sure i drink plenty of water. I am 38+5 and ive been having a cup of coffee in the morning my whole pregnancy.
Coffee is okay. Try to limit it to 1-2 a day. Drink lots of water.
