Doctor says heartbeat at 6 weeks is low...and to be prepared to miscarry?

Yesterday I went for my first ultrasound at 6w3d. My initial ultrasound was not until 7 weeks but I was having pain in my lower right abdomen so I went for an ultrasound right away. The ultrasound revealed I have an ovarian cyst and a 3mm tear on right ovary. My doctor also said that the baby's heart rate is only 90bpm and that this is very low and it could be a sign I may have a spontaneous miscarriage... I Google regular heart rate at 6 weeks and got many answers... does anyone have any personal experiance with this?  Said there is nothing I can do to prevent it from happening and if it doesn't happen there will be another ultrasound in two weeks. As for the cyst and tear, apparently it's not a concern but still causing me pain. Any help is appreciated thank you

I say stay positive and do not stress. Do your best not to worry about miscarriage. Doctor always want to prepare you for the worse but I pray your little one is ok.

At 6 weeks 4 days, my baby's HB was at 110, I thought it was very low! I'm now 39 weeks 5 days, waiting for my little man to get here soon!

Unfortunately the only way I can get a second opinion is if I goto emergency... that's an 8 hour wait. I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens just seeing if anyone else has had a similar experiance. Did the heart just start beating? The tech said it was hard to find the heartbeat because it was still early days.
