caffeine??

Okay, so really how bad is caffeine for the baby? I'm almost 35 weeks and I have done well with eating right and not drinking any pop but these last 3 weeks I have been craving Dr. Pepper! I get scolded by family members sometimes but I have been told I am allowed to drink 32 oz of pop a day and I hardly drink 2 a week. So I'm wondering what other mommy's think about this?

I have a diet coke or 2 everyday. My doctor recommended at least 2 soda or coffee to help combat headaches.

Totally fine in moderation. I probably have a bit more than I should some days but the baby is fine.

My doctor said to cut caffeine in the first trimester but its fine now. I just limit myself to 1 cup of tea a day anyways. So I'd say 1 can of pop a day also.

I drink it. Maybe once a day. But I was told the same thing. In the first trimester I would drink a little to get me through breakfast and the. But now at 31 weeks I drink one when I'm having issues with my nausea
