I had myself broke for almost 2 yrs and the last 2 months of my pregnancy I crave Dr pepper. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and baby is fine.
I drank sods throughout all of my last 4 pregnancies. As the above post says, just keep it below 200mg of caffeine a day. This pregnancy I gave up caffeine. It's definitely been more tiring lol
Before my pregnancy I hated coke, but during I craved it.... I drank it throughout my whole pregnancy and ny daughter was born healthy as can be. My dr didn't have any problems with my diet as everything was going great.
Just limit it to 200 mg of caffeine per day and youll be fine. I drank coke with all 3 of my babies the entire pregnancy and all are fine. Make sure youre not just drinking soda though. Drink lots of water too.
