I've been craving California rolls like crazy but i was wondering if they're safe to eat?!
They're fine. Just no raw.
Yes, they are made with crab meat which is cooked so it should be ok. Most are made with imitation crab meat so I would watch that a little more carefully but I haven't been told that isn't ok. Maybe run it by your ob?
