Is it bad to eat canned tuna? It's dolphin safe but my mom made it too eat and I ate some is it bad I'm 20 weeks 5 days pregnant

Perfectly safe just remember all seafood in moderation. I believe it's 2 or 3 servings a week to avoid getting to much mercury. Also there is a short list of seafood to avoid during pregnancy but I'm 98% sure tuna is not on that list.
