can't stop itching

I'm 31 weeks and I can NOT STOP ITCHING. It's everywhere. My hands,  legs, feet, arms, stomach, back. Has anyone else ever experienced this  in the third trimester? BTW,  I don't have a rash,  just itch like crazy and I've taken a shower and washed off and put lotion everywhere afterwards

It's called obstetric cholestasis. I went into hospital at 35 weeks with severe itching and luckily it turned out just to be that, a severe itch! So I was prescribed antihistamine and it worked a treat. But don't hesitate to call because it could just be that liver problem and they would induce you early to get the baby out. When I called, they told me to go in immediately xoxox

I had this issue, but not in my third trimester. The only itchy place now is my belly button. In my second trimester when i started really gaining weight and skin stretching i itched everywhere. Not my hands and feet tho. Just my legs, back, stomach, arms. Talk to your dr about it. My dr said mine was from my skin stretching and drying out. Calamine lotion helped my itching.

I'm 36 week nd 5 days Nd I be itchy everywhere to but my husband too we be itchy hand , legs,  arms, stomach all on our body I don't know what it could be, sometimes I just be feeling like crying bc it itchy bad,  nd every time I go to the doctor they get mad at me Nd say why is still hasn't go away Nd I'm like I don't know nd it just makes me cry bc they like how you not gonna know,

OMG I'm 18 weeks and experiencing this same thing. I'm scared I don't want it to harm my baby, I'm to early to get induced.

It's called cholestasis in pregnancy . You need to get blood work to get diagnosed . It can harm the baby but you can't be 100 percent sure until you get blood work done . I had it my last pregnancy . Non stop itching and change of color in your poop. Let your doctor know asap . I had to get induced . Good luck !

I have the same thing but not everywhere only on my legs but lotion makes it worse ... i looked up itching severely its called something.. o look it up its a condition some pregnant women experience its due to all the hormones. .. you should also let your doctor know asap... they have to do blood work to diagnose you... good luck
