childbirth classes???

Im 35 weeks pregnant and I have been getting nervous since its getting closer to my due date, would a lamaze class help/be helpful?

Actually im a ftm and im 37weeks and have been taking classes since about 34 or 33weeks every monday and it actually helped me alot we have one this monday for a newborn class to teach how to care when the baby is here it gives lots of tips and knowledge that we had none about so I diffinetly would recommend it to other moms especially my husband comes with me and he understands alot more now to like when im havin pains what he should do and how he can help

I do not recommend lamaze.  I've seen more people pass out trying to use that practice than any other. I do recommend birth classes for first time moms.  However, if you want a relaxation or coping method for labor, I recommend the Bradley Method or hypnobirthing.

I never took them... I just thought my body would know what to do and it did. But if it makes u feel more prepared then go for it.. wont do any harm

I never took any classes with my first. It is really just if you think you would feel better taking on, why not! :)
