I worked as a house cleaner in the beginning of my pregnancy and the Dr told me not to use the works toilet bowl cleaner, the degreaser we used, or anything with ammonia, like windex and stuff. I like fabuloso its baby friendly, and magic erasers.

At home, I use natural cleaners and hot,  soapy water with vinegar. I deep clean an elderly couple's house biweekly and wear a dust mask and gloves just to be sure I don't get too many chemicals in my system.

As long as the room is well ventilated and ur not using cleaners with really REALLY strong fumes you should be fine. I'm 40 weeks and 1 day and last week I deep cleaned my kitchen. I just had a window open and a fan running in there.
