coffee

Is coffee in moderation ok while pregnant? The doc says its fine but there are mixed messages about this on the internet. I know its best to just listen to the doc because the internet isn't always accurate and can drive you needlessly insane. But my sister keeps sending me these articles, and I'm not sure what to think. I appreciate your input!

Any kind of caffeine is not healthy for the baby . Doctors told me to limit my caffeine in take one to two cups a day. It can make the babies heart rate go up.

I drink at lest a cup in the morning I'm 7 months along, and coffee helps my asthma and allergies.

I think you need to have a talk with your sister. Coffee is fine in moderation. I have been drinking it my entire pregnancy. It is best to listen to your Dr.

I have been a coffee drinker since I can remember, and I asked my doctor about it and she said is OK as long as I don't have too much. My sister in law drank coffee through her pregnancy and she and the baby were just fine!.. I drink a cup a day, sometimes a little bit more if I'm too tempted!
