Hi, im 21 weeks pregnant and im coming down with a bad cold. Are there any safe medicines I can take while im pregnant? Or common home remedies, please help !
Warm tea with lemon and raw ( local) honey. Its the best thing ive ever used. Feel better soon!
Tylenol, saline nose spray/rinses, Robitussin (no alcohol), Benadryl
Call you care provider. They should give you a list of what they consider ok. And as for home remedies, no caffeine peppermint tea, warm baths, lots of water, soup, pedyalite, and steam treatments.
