I take the GNC prenatal vitamins with iron. They're a bit hard to swallow though.
I got women's vitamins is that the same as prenatals it's got all the same ingredients
I agree with @tasty!They are super dont make you sick at all...
I asked for a prescription and I get it for free from giint eagle.
If they are gummies then they don't have iron in them.
I buy one a day and have taken them since I found out I was pregnant. Am 34 weeks. They have all the essential vitamins you need. Just make sure you get the ones with omega 3 as well. Ends up being two tablets once a day (the omega 3 tablet is separate but you can buy them in a pack of two with the normal prenatals for less than $30 for 60 tablets)
I take Simlac prenatal I have with all three they have all ingredients needed and my first two children came out healthy nine pounders lol plus there on ten dollars at Wal-Mart and if you open the box there is a two dollar of coupon inside making them eight for thirty day supply
I used to take the One a Day Prenatals.
They're inexpensive but after a while I couldn't swallow it. So I switched to Vitafusion Prenatals, they're chewy and good. :)
Only thing is that they don't have iron, turns out I'm anemic now @ 33 weeks and I'm taking an iron supplement apart of the prenatal.
I would suggest you to talk to your doctor about it to find out what's right for you and if you should take any supplements apart from your prenatal.
I get the Nature Made prenatal multi with DHA from target. It's not very expensive at all and my dr said they were a great choice~
Dang phone. Vitafusion gummies. They are inexpensive, full of vitamins and they don't make me I'll.
I buy the nature made brand prenatals from Costco. They're a great deal and have all the ingredients you need. Including dha
I take the vitafusiivitafusii
