congested 24/7!?

Hey ladies, I was just wondering if I'm the only one who feels like they have a bad cold all day and all night. It's been like this for 3 weeks and I'm now 12 weeks pregnant. Swollen nasal passages I guess?
I've tried breath rite strips and no luck, and  I don't want to take sudafed, as I'm opposed.
Are there any other natural remedies besides the neti pot? I need relief !

Hi, I had the same problem twice in my pregnancy. I am 34 weeks now and had trouble with nasal congestion fews weeks back :( I tried with steam inhalation and Vicks vapourub and it worked for me both the times..!! But had it continuously for couple of weeks. Also I avoided having cold refrigerated foods and drinks...:)

I've been congested for nearly a week now, as above poster said vicks vapour rub around my nose and chest is the only thing that gets me through the night

hi i wad having the same problem and i hv used vicks vaporubs. rub this on you throat before you go to bed. it help me a lots. hope you feel better.
