constipation
I stay constipated during pregnancy... So I took dulcolax but I guess I ended up in diarrhea....anyone who thinks yes its bcuz of dulcolax n what else I can use to relieve constipation??
Oh and fiber one bars! They work wonders lol
My doc said MiraLax and more fiber and lost of water and green vegetables hope this helps
Magnesium helps.
Drink lots of water & eat plenty of fruit , especially grapes.
