My doctor suggested i drink more water,  eat more fiber rich foods, take probiotics, and prescribed a stool softener. The stool softener is new to the mix and might now be my best friend.  Lol. Good luck!

Up your water & fibre intake (oatmeal, prunes, beans, broccoli, leafy greens, etc). Mild exercise helps (walking). Eat watery fruits (helps keeps you hydrated). When I was constipated earlier in this pregnancy, people kept saying prunes help a lot and they actually did. Just continue to eat high fibre meals and snacks.
