Is there a amount of time that it becomes dangerous? Like how long can you stay constipated for before it can hurt you or the baby?

Being constipated its not good but its normal. I dont know how long it takes before you should be concerned. But you can take very mild stool softeners to help out. But no harsh laxatives because they can cause contractions
