Sounds like it could be contractions if in doubt just call your midwife hun so then u will know for sure, good luck x

When I'm having contractions my stomach gets really rigiht and I get period like cramps.
They say lower abdomen, back, thighs etc but check NHS online im a ftm but thought i would reply incase no one did but nhs website is helpful x
