contractions

So I had about 6 contractions last night between 2:00 and 330 ish. At 4:30 I went to triage.. they confirmed contractions. .But then they just stopped (I've had a couple since then about a 4 hr span) I'm only 35 weeks so I'm not ready cause I know he's not ready.  My question is: I'm just gonna have random painful contractions until the big day? Has anyone had this and how long till your big day once they started? I'm still working so thus especially *****

Bh can start hurting when you're further along.

Braxton Hicks are usually not painful. I'm sure you were having real contractions if the nurse said so, but it was probably just your body getting ready.

Youll keep having them i started having very bad ones at 34 weeks and they only got worst, im 38 weeks and they are pretty bad sometimes to where i cant move. I know its not me going in to labor because they aren't so close together and they go away. If they were real then it wouldnt go away and theyll keep coming more intense cliser together to like 3 min appart. So for now i just stay home and take them.

Bh is contractions hun they're practice ones there not real. Maybe call your doc and tell them you're confused. Lol.  I get bh contractions bit I have to be careful because I'm 32 weeks and I'm dilated to a 2.
If you were having real contractions. They would stop them and send you home and put you on bed rest.

I've been getting them too, I also went to triage. They are contractions and BH. It's the body getting ready for the big day. I'm 36 weeks and 5 days. Just keep on top of them keep track and recognize the pain level. When there so bad you can't take it I say call your doctor. Just be aware from now on and keep track of everything
