Write down the time that each contraction ends. After a half hour, or less, you can start to see a pattern if it's real labor..aka, they are approximately 3 minutes apart, or 6 minutes apart, etc.
Especially if they are less than 30 mins apart.
I think if its constant you should go to labor and delivery.
