I have bcbs and was told that none of my regular scheduled apts have a copay. It all depends on your plan. You. An always call bcbs and ask them what your plan covers for apts and copay throughout your pregnancy

I didn't have to pay on the first visit, but. I was told what my copay for the overall pregnancy would be and that I could pay over the period of the pregnancy or  pay all at once.
