could I be pregnant?

Hello ladies, I had my last period on November 13. I took two test on the last week of December and they both came out Negative at the time I was a bit stressed. I thought let me try to relax and it should come right !! Well nothing yet. I started to notice that I had some white discharge it didn't have any odor to it only lasted for about half of January still have some but not alot like I was and not every day I also notice my breast were tender and my nipples started to hurt. I'm normally gassy but noticed that I was extremely bloated and haha i felt fat also my Gas was really smelly which was not normal. Also i had got some sharp pains in my pelvis only got them at random times and when I would try to move. As for morning sickness I didn't get any and cravings well that is normal for me not nothing out of the normal. It's now Feb my breast don't hurt as much I feel like my bloating is disappering but in still haven't had my period. I also heard that your belly starts getting hard below the belly button I was sucking in mine and I didn't feel the hardness. Could i be pregnant? Or could I have pcos? I have an appointment on Friday but I just wanted to but my mind at ease
thank you in advance!

It's possible! But if you had your period Nov 13th, and waited until the end of December the tests should have been positive by then if you are pregnant. But, the tests could have been wrong it does happen.
