I started couponing after my first baby to save money. For baby stuff I consistently write the formula and diaper companies complementing their product and they send me coupons. I also asked all of my friends if I could have their coupons from the paper....so I usually get 5 or 6 copies of every coupon insert in the paper. Then I go to coupons.com and print off their coupons weekly. I also go onto my grocery stores website and they have more coupons. They key is to sort them and then see what is on sale at the store that week. Most stores have double coupon day, so go that day. For example, I had a coupon for $1 off toddlers motts apple juice. It was on sale for $2. My coupon doubled to $2, so it was free. I had 5 coupons and the store limit was 5 so I got 5 juices for free. It takes a little work, but is awesome. Also watch target for their diaper and formula deals! Usually they have buy 2 get a $10-15 gift card. Good luck! I usually get everything I need and save about 60-80%. Keep in mind you might have to do 4 or 5 different transactions to follow the store rules:-)
Cool! I always wanted to be the woman on extreme couponing lol. But I never really knew where to begin. This was a big help. I will make an effort to start practicing on this months grocery list. Yay me!
Yai don't understand the double day and all that
She's a genius!!!! I'm gonna start too
I agree. Always wanted to start couponing but don't know how. Who wouldn't love $800 worth of groceries for a few dollars or free?
I found this website I already have 100$ worth of coupons

Try couponmom.com and ciacouponspy.com you can easily look up where all the coupon deals are and all that. I used to do it but I have a two year old amd go to work and school full time. When I'm finished with school I am deff doing it again. I ad a stock pile started after 1 mo of saving coupons and everything cost lest than $1. Its hard work but can totally be done. I suggest getting a three ring binder with baseball card holders to keep coupons. I also grabbed plastic tan dividers to seperate the coupons by category.
Good luck! Happy couponing!!
