cramping early pregancy

Im 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant i get cramps pretty frequently no bleeding though because i know bleeding would be a bad sign but is the frequent cramping normal ?

try resting more, sometimes if you experience morning sickness that will deff cause cramps.

I freaked out about it at first too, i talked to my dr. And he said its just stretching. I stopped having them after the first few months.

Yeahh i Googled it and it said its because the uterus growing i just dont know how frequent they should be... but im prob judt over worrying too lol
