I had terrible pains and bleeding from about 6 weeks all through my stomach and pelvis area, was expecting to miscarry early but never did and I am now going on 31 weeks with a healthy baby boy! Cramps/pain can mean something negative but try not to stress as it doesn't always mean that! I still get terrible pains, aches and cramps to this day but so far, so good! Stay positive and relax.

I get cramping on my right side only. Sometimes it can be more intense and others I don't feel it at all. I asked about it at my last appointment.  I was told it's just ligaments.  They stretch and may cramp. Definitely tell your doctor about it though.
