Im high risk and have been super careful throughout my pregnancy. I see my regular dr, a nurse practitioner, or a maternal fetal medicine specialist dr once every week. My doctor says i read too much.  The specialist who is head of my local level 3 hospital maternal fetal medicine center said that cold meat is fine in moderation.  I was so happy to hear that because I was craving Jimmy Johns super bad for weeks and weeks. Since i was given the ok about 5 weeks ago I've had 3 JJ sandwiches.  Lol. Good luck to you and if you're super concerned about it i suggest asking your dr. I wish i would have asked sooner!

I eat deli meat still. It never harmed either of my other two children. They say not to eat hot dogs either. I was craving ham a lot earlier in my pregnancy. I just try to limit how much of it I eat. Since I have the rest of my family to feed as well if I get 2 sandwiches out of a pound I'm lucky. Then I won't eat any for a week or 2.

I eat deli meat, every month I crave an Italian hoagie from a place here in DE called cappriotis..they are so good. I never heat it up! Doc said it was fine and at 21 weeks we are both perfectly healthy
