My doctor said not to count movement until 28 weeks until then as long as you feel baby move daily they are fine.

my little girl moves when she feels like it and she'll move like crazy but if I eat too much she don't really move at all. but when I really want to feel her move I drink a little pop or some really cold water.

Thank you ladies... She's moving a little bit but I just want her to keep moving more. I am being a little selfish I guess

I had the same thing at 22 weeks, i didnt feel her move at all for over 24 hours i was so scared, then randomly she turned on her baby music in her head and had a dance party in there for about 2 hours straight non stop moving. I would say if you stop feeling all together call the doc to be safe, but if you feel a couple of movements at least she is gonna be ok. She probably is running out of space and instead of fighting it is accepting it and relaxing in her tight cozy space

My doc says you should feel baby move 4 times in an hour or 10 times a day and you won't feel much till baby gets bigger getting closer to 3rd trimester and that's when it will be less sporadic.  And remember babies sleep like 95% of the day. You can always drink something very cold to feel movement or eat some chocolate and lay on your side.
