I had an abortion nine years ago and I'm due in 2 days. Had no complications whatsoever. I understand what you are going through cause I was like that at the beginning of this pregnancy. But I thank God everything has gone well. Good luck and try not to stress. Leave it in God's hands. Btw congratulations.

From what I've read it actually can have an effect on future fertility, but 9 years is a long time. Just take it day by day hun.

No, it cannot. A miscarriage or termination, whether medication-induced or surgical, has no effect on future fertility. Miscarriages are fairly common regardless of the outcomes of previous pregnancies - but every day gets you closer to being assured of success. Treat yourself gently, be confident that your body knows what to do. Stay hydrated and try not to worry. That's the best thing you can do for yourself right now.
