I m 36 week pregnant. And having diarrhea and vomiting .feeling so uncomfortable. Anyone experiencing same situation ? Any solution ?

Hi. Yes my bowels are cleaning out. My midwife told me its a sign of my body preparing for labor.. I'm 36 wks tomorrow. I've been so worried about constipation.... Lol if its not one thing its another....
