I use an app called fitness pal. You put your info in and it has every good you can imagine type in and see the amount of calories it has. Don't go extreme tho bc you are pregnant. I love given up all caffeine and drink nothing but plain water and decaffinated sweet tea. I hardly eat fast food and I eat much much healthier. Good luck to you!

Dieting while pregnant can be dangerous. Just eat healthier foods like lean proteins such as chicken breast and salmon and leafy greens. If ur craving something sweet eat fruit. Don't lower ur caloric intake- pregnant and lactating women should consume at least 300 more calories per day than usual.

Don't worry about it.  If you are well and baby is ok then that is fine. Just eat well and walk about if you can. I am also 33 weeks

I was underweight for 4 months, then after that I gained 30 lbs and I'm 32 weeks I'm 5'4. I don't look fat but I can see it in my arms only. I'm eating regular meals I just noticed I'm always hungry now.

I wouldn't worry about gaining weight if your eating right.   What are you eating?

you shouldn't diet while pregnant. just avoid all junk food, sweets and processed foods. avoid drinking  anything but water. stick to skim or 1%milk. increase how much tour exercising, simply walking daily for 30 min. and eat smaller portions more often. and remember your  making a little person and your body is going threw alot of changes and some women just gain alot of weight as long as your comfortable and baby is healthy dont stress!
