I'm only 1 cm dilated and 70% effaced, but baby has been at 0 station for couple weeks. 0 station is as low as baby's head can be before he's on his way out. I'm 40+2
Just means baby is low! I get it too, its baby's head putting more pressure on your pubic bone. Its a good thing! Baby may be at 0 station!(:
Im dilated 1cm as I know of but I have a doc appointment I'm ask my doc to check and see if I dilated anymore
I've been having those for weeks to the point where I sleep with ice. The doctor checked and I wasn't even softening.
