dying hair when over 12wks

Hello mums, what do you think on dying hair when pregnant? This is my second and I did dye my hair with my first and everything was OK but I know guidelines change. Whilst only being 11 weeks and having a toddler running riot I'm feeling pretty down and it's my 23rd birthdays soon, I was thinking of having something nice doing to pick myself up a little.

Just make sure you are in a well ventilated room when coloring your hair :-) the color itself can't harm baby, it's the fumes. As long as you're not inhaling particularly concentrated amounts of the color solution, you and baby will be just fine! :-)

I was told to not use box dye. Professionally dying it is the best option

I just had mine done the other day.  Make sure the room is ventilated so it doesn't make you nauseous.

It is safe to dye hair using ammonia free dye and not putting them directly on the roots of your hair :-) hope this helps
